OECD: Intangibles project

The OECD Working Party looking at the transfer pricing of intangibles, including intellectual property, met in late March in Paris. The OECD has now published details, including the supporting presentations of that meeting.

The presentations, unsurprisingly, focus on issues around valuation of intangibles.  These are mostly powerpoint presentations, with one set of notes, and provide a useful background to the private sector concerns over transfer pricing of intangibles.
